3. Goal Seek (गोल सीक)

·         Formula का desired result पाने के लिए input value calculate करता है।

·         Steps:

1.       Formula cell select करें।

2.       Target value enter करें।

3.       Variable cell select करें।

·         Result auto calculate होगा।

4. Solver (सॉल्वर)

·         Complex calculation और optimization के लिए।

·         Constraints set करके best solution निकालता है।

·         Mathematical problems में उपयोगी।

5. Detective (फॉर्मूला ट्रेसिंग टूल)

·         Trace Precedents

·         Trace Dependents

·         Remove Arrows

·         Mark Invalid Data

·         Formula errors check करने के लिए arrows show करता है।

6. Protect Sheet (शीट सुरक्षा)

·         Password लगाकर sheet edit होने से रोकता है।

7. Protect Spreadsheet Structure

·         Sheets add/delete/move पर restriction लगाता है।

·         Password required।

8. Share Spreadsheet (शेयर स्प्रेडशीट)

·         Multiple users के साथ editing enable करता है।

9. Cell Contents (सेल कंटेंट विकल्प)

·         Recalculate → F9

·         Hard Recalculate → Ctrl + Shift + F9

·         AutoCalculate (On/Off)

·         Formulas refresh करने के लिए।

Computer and Its Evolution
